Refund Policy

Legal Interview Coach offers Prep Access as a one-time purchase of time-limited digital access—not credits or a subscription. During your active access period you can use normal legal interview practice, full Coach Notes after answers, saved Practice History, and Skill Profile tracking, as described at checkout.

• 7-Day Interview Prep Access — $19 — 7 days of Prep Access
• 14-Day Intensive Prep Access — $29 — 14 days of Prep Access
• 30-Day Complete Prep Access — $49 — 30 days of Prep Access

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Paddle, which may act as Merchant of Record where applicable. Your card or payment method may show Paddle on the statement. We do not store your full card number.

Contact us if you purchased Prep Access by mistake, were charged more than once for the same purchase, or paid successfully but could not use Prep Access because of a technical access problem on our side.

Email support@legalinterviewcoach.com from the same address as your account, and include the date of purchase and a short description of the issue.

Refund requests should be sent within 7 days of purchase. We review each request based on the situation. Refund eligibility may depend on factors such as:

• How much of the access period has passed
• How much the account was used during Prep Access
• Whether the purchase was a duplicate or clear billing error
• Whether access failed to activate after a completed payment
• Whether the account was used in an abusive or automated way

This policy does not promise a refund in every case. We aim to handle genuine mistakes and technical problems fairly and promptly.

An approved refund may end your remaining Prep Access immediately. Refund processing is completed through Paddle or the relevant payment method. Timing can vary by bank or card issuer.
